PVC protective film

PVC definition: A polymer with a random configuration structure with repeating units. Is a general-purpose synthetic resin. Depending on the plasticizer added. PVC can be divided into soft PVC and hard PVC. Among them, hard PVC accounts for about 2/3 of the market, and soft PVC accounts for 1/3. Soft PVC is generally used in the surface layer of floor, ceiling, and leather. However, because soft PVC contains softener (this is also the difference between soft PVC and hard PVC), it is easy to become brittle and difficult to store, so its use is limited. Hard PVC does not contain softeners, so it has good flexibility, is easy to form, is not easy to be brittle, non-toxic and non-polluting. PE protective film

PE is the simplest polymer organic compound and the most widely used polymer material in the world today. PE protective film is based on a special polyethylene (PE) plastic film. It is divided into high-density polyethylene protective film, medium-density polyethylene and low-density polyethylene according to the density.

Advantages: The biggest advantage of PE protective film is that the protected product is not contaminated, corroded, scratched during production, processing, transportation, storage and use, and protects the original smooth and shiny surface, thereby improving product quality and market. Disadvantages: shrinkage after stretching, temperature resistance is 77 ℃

Purpose:

2. Photoelectric industry: LCD liquid crystal display, backlight, cold light film, membrane switch, mobile phone screen, etc.

The full name of PET is polyethylene terephthalate, which is obtained by the condensation polymerization reaction of terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol.

The light transmittance is also the main property of the PET protective film material. Generally, the light transmittance is above 90%. The high light transmittance not only makes us have a good visual effect when using related instruments, but also has a good effect on the eyes. Protection.

Disadvantages: easy to break when cutting edges, thin thickness, high static electricity, increasing the difficulty of use. The crystal point is also a common quality problem for PET protective film materials. The crystal point refers to those small pits on the surface of the protective film material, and some people call it bright spots. It is mainly common on three-layer PET protective film materials. The main reason is that the silicone film is used for synthesis. Silicone has fluidity. If the surface of the protective film material is extruded by some small particles, it will form crystal points to avoid crystal points. The best way is to protect the surface of the protective film.
