1. Types of surface materials Surface materials can be basically divided into two categories: paper and film.

It is obvious that the cutting reason of paper is slightly different from the film material. Although in theory, PE protective film manufacturers must cut through the face material and the adhesive when die cutting, in theory, die cutting protective film materials are the combined result of tool cutting and paper force fracture, that is, the cutting edge is cut The paper is also squeezed to both sides, so relatively speaking, the die cutting accuracy of paper-based materials is not very high. When analyzing samples, you will often see some labels with burrs. This is due to the thicker fiber and natural fracture composition.

For die-cutting of film-like materials, PE protective film manufacturers are simply the process of completely cutting through. Because film materials are mostly tough and do not break naturally, cutting through two-thirds is not appropriate. It must be completely cut through or perhaps four-fifths of the thickness, otherwise it will peel off along with the label when it is discharged.

2. The strength of the surface material of the PE protective film factory is related to the thickness of the surface material, the fiber (polymer) structure and its own humidity. In the die-cutting process of the PET protective film material, the most important factor related to the surface material is the waste discharge speed. The higher the humidity is, the weaker the strength of the PE protective film manufacturer's material is when it is wet, and then it will be broken at will, and it will not even be discharged.

When designing the layout, according to the strength of the material, and by implementing a reasonable waste disposal size and waste disposal speed, how can not only improve production efficiency, but also increase material throwing.

3. Thickness of the surface material The thickness of the material directly affects the depth of die cutting. The thicker the material, the more free die cutting. Because the thicker the material, the greater the tolerance for die cutting, and the lower the chance of cutting through the backing paper. Relatively speaking, the material is thin, and the defect of cutting through the backing paper appears at will. For example, on a consistent flat-bed flat label die-cutting machine, die-cutting 80g / m2 and 60g / m2, the same surface material as the backing paper. The results found that: 80g / m2 material die-cutting waste is normal, but when replaced with 60g / m2 material, waste cutting breakage, bottom paper cut through and loss of marks often occur during die-cutting, and the demand often stops, and pad printing is performed. Throw big. There are a variety of reasons for this kind of situation. It is assumed that the use of circular die-cutting methods or reducing the die-cutting area, PE protective film manufacturers use high-precision equipment, etc., this phenomenon can be added or avoided.
